WELCOME!
JJ Contemporary Atelier
JJ Contemporary Atelier was born from a simple idea: that great artists deserve great platforms, and that getting there is easier — and better — together. Founded by artist Jill (JJ) Galloway, the Atelier is a curated collective of visual artists who exhibit together at premier art fairs across the United States — with New York City at its heart.
Every artist you encounter through JJ Contemporary Atelier has been personally selected by JJ for the strength, originality, and ambition of their work. If you discovered a piece — or an artist — at one of our fair stands and want to learn more, you’re in the right place.
Browse our artist profiles below to explore their full bodies of work, visit their studios online, and connect with them directly. The relationship between a collector and an artist is a personal one, and we believe it should stay that way.

Join us!
Breaking into the world of fine art fairs is no small feat. The costs are high, the logistics complex, and the doors aren’t always easy to open. The Atelier changes that. By bringing together a select group of accomplished emerging artists and sharing the resources of a professionally managed booth, we give talented artists access to serious collectors and world-class fair audiences — without having to navigate it alone. Every artist is personally chosen by Jill for the quality and originality of their work, ensuring a cohesive, compelling booth experience that collectors trust and return to.
Interested in exhibiting with us? We’d love to hear from you.

How it Works
-
I source artists from just about everywhere and anywhere. If you’re interested reach out.
-
I will forward and Artists Agreement that must be signed before I submit to a show.
-
All artists participating in the show share expenses equally. Starting with a deposit to secure your space.
-
We are very careful to present a professional stand at every fair. Hanging plans must be submitted by each artist before the show.
-
Artists will transport, install and sell their artwork during the fair.

-
We only allow three to four artists at each stand. If you’re interested, the sooner the better.
-
The first step is reaching out to me. Click the “I’m interested” link to the left to email me. I will get back in touch within 3-5 business days.
-
No. There are no guarantees when it comes to art fairs and sales. I can guarantee thousands of people will walk through the show. And there is a collector for every kind of art. I’ve had shows were I’ve sold almost everything and shows were I’ve sold almost nothing. The risk is up to you.
-
Each show is slightly different in expenses and fees. When you contact me with interest in joining, I will share a baseline budget to give you an idea of what to expect.
-
Over the years I’ve mentored many artists on their portfolios and the ins and outs of art fairs. Together we’ll take a look at your artwork and your fine art business to see if you’re ready.
